How Is Your Information Stored and Protected?

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and applications. Wix stores data on secure servers behind a firewall.All credit card transactions and payment processing are handled through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (managed by Wix and its trusted payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

Do We Share Your Information with Third Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.We may share information only in these limited cases:

With trusted service providers (e.g., Wix.com, payment processors, community management software) who are contractually obligated to keep it confidential

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive informational and emergency alerts via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting the HOA office.
